If you've ever done a remodel, you know how drywall dust gets into everything. The vents, the fixtures, behind outlet covers, places you wouldn't think to look. Paint overspray, caulk smears, adhesive residue, protective film on windows. A regular cleaning crew won't handle this.

I work with builders and general contractors along the US-27 corridor and across Osceola and Polk counties. I've cleaned single-unit kitchen remodels and full new-construction homes in developments near ChampionsGate and Davenport.

It's usually a two-pass job: first I clear debris and heavy dust, then I go back through every surface, fixture, and finish with detail work. The goal is the home being actually ready for people to move in, not a "construction clean" where you still find dust for weeks.
