ChampionsGate is almost entirely vacation rentals and resort homes. The Retreat, Bella Vida, Paradise Palms: I’ve cleaned in all of them. The work here is turnovers: guest checks out, I go in, the next guest arrives a few hours later and the place needs to look perfect.
I work with several property managers in this area. They need someone who shows up on schedule, every time, seven days a week during peak season. I’ve built my reputation here on consistency, on doing the same quality job on the 50th turnover as I did on the first.
Some of the permanent residents in the Country Club and Oasis Club neighborhoods also use me for regular home cleaning. Those homes tend to have big open floor plans, game rooms, and pool decks, so there’s a lot of ground to cover.
