Services
Giraf Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Central Florida. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Pricing is provided via individual quotes and may vary based on property size, condition, and service type.
Booking and cancellation
Appointments are confirmed once acknowledged by our team. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is available at no charge with adequate notice.
Insurance and liability
Giraf Cleaning Services LLC is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during a cleaning, please report it within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the matter promptly. Liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.
Client responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property and disclose any hazards
- Secure or remove valuables and fragile items before service
- Ensure pets are secured if necessary

Limitation of liability
