Winter Haven is the edge of my regular service area, but I have enough clients here to justify the drive. The lakefront homes along Lake Eloise and Lake Hartridge are beautiful but they come with their own challenges: humidity, screened lanais, terrazzo floors in the older houses. I know how to handle those materials without damaging them.
Downtown Winter Haven is growing too. New restaurants, co-working spaces, and small offices along Central Avenue need after-hours cleaning. I handle a few commercial accounts in this area.
There are also some vacation rentals near the LEGOLAND corridor that I service. Smaller scale than Reunion or ChampionsGate, but the same turnover standards apply.
