Orlando is a longer drive from my base in Kissimmee, but I have enough clients here to make the trip regularly. The neighborhoods vary a lot (a deep clean in a College Park bungalow is a very different job from an office cleaning near International Drive), and I like that variety.
I do residential work in Hunter’s Creek, Meadow Woods, Dr. Phillips, and the newer Lake Nona area. Standard recurring cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out for people buying or selling. Orlando is also where I do most of my commercial work: offices, small medical practices, and storefronts that need after-hours cleaning on a regular schedule.
Post-construction jobs are picking up here too. There’s always something being built or renovated, and builders need someone who can get the drywall dust and debris out properly before the handoff.
