St. Cloud has a mix of old and new that keeps the work interesting. The newer communities along Narcoossee Road (Harmony, Tohoqua, Eagle Creek) are delivering new homes constantly, so I get a steady flow of post-construction and move-in cleaning jobs there.
Closer to downtown and along the lake, the neighborhoods are more established. Families who’ve been here for years and want a reliable cleaner they don’t have to worry about. I do weekly and biweekly standard cleans for several households in that part of town.
It’s a bit of a drive east from Kissimmee but I’m there often enough that it doesn’t feel out of the way.
