Davenport is one of the fastest-growing areas I work in. New subdivisions keep going up along the US-27 corridor, and every one of those homes needs the construction dust cleaned out before the first family moves in. That’s a big part of what I do here.
Post-construction cleaning is different from regular house cleaning. Drywall dust gets into the vents, adhesive residue sticks to countertops, there’s protective film on windows and fixtures. A regular cleaning crew isn’t set up for it. I am, and I’ve cleaned dozens of new builds in Providence, Solterra, and the neighborhoods around here.
There are also a lot of vacation rentals in this area, especially in the resort communities closer to the parks. I handle turnovers for property managers who need the place looking perfect between guests.
