Kissimmee is home base for me. I live off 192 and most of my earliest clients are still in this area: Buenaventura Lakes, Remington, Bellalago, Tapestry. I know the neighborhoods, I know the traffic patterns, and I know which communities have HOA inspections that require a certain level of clean.
A big chunk of my work here is Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers. The 192 corridor near the parks is packed with short-term rentals, and property managers need someone who can turn a unit fast without cutting corners. I’ve been doing these for years, so I know what guests notice and what they complain about in reviews.
For families who actually live here full-time, I do weekly and biweekly standard cleans, plus deep cleans a couple times a year. A lot of my Kissimmee clients have been with me for years at this point.
